Key Duties

• Cost Estimates: Figure out the total price of materials, labor, and work before building starts.
• Tenders and Contracts: Help choose builders and write fair agreements.
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Make clear lists of materials and sizes needed for the job.
• Cost Control: Watch spending during the project to stop money waste.
• Variation Orders (VOs): Price out any changes or extra work added mid-project.
• Final Accounts: Close out money matters and settle final bills when the project ends
