Marketing Engineer / Market Initiative Manager

Overview

Drive technical marketing initiatives in Singapore through integrated campaigns, customer events, sales collaboration, and performance analysis. This is an individual-contributor role with future people-management potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Run technical seminars, trade shows, webinars, EDMs, and digital campaigns.
• Partner with Sales to identify target segments and growth opportunities.
• Localise regional/global marketing content for Singapore.
• Track MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and manage marketing budgets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical marketing, applications/field engineering, sales, business development, or related roles.
• Relevant experience in at least one area:High-speed digital: HDMI, USB, EthernetAI infrastructure, data centres, networkingSemiconductor
• Hands-on experience running technical marketing campaigns and customer events.
• Strong understanding of MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Able to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messages.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and regional Marketing teams.
• Potential to develop into a future people manager.
