Sales Director, Small Business Development SG

Responsibilities

• Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquisitions
• Generation of new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, strategic tie ups
• To increase wallet share through via service and understanding of customers’ needs
• Underwrite credit risk by understanding and identifying risk areas and mitigating factors
• Ensure proper compliance of bank policies and processes

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferably with 5 -10 years of banking/SME experience or related sales and marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
