Urgently need 20-30 ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT - Good Pay, Easy Job (6 to 10 weeks!)

Duration: 1- 3months (Pls indicate your availability in resume!)

OT: Payable

Training: Provided

Work hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities: -

* Perform repetitive and varied mechanical assembly operations to support production projects.

* Assemble complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

* Operate and maintain basic hand tools and production equipment.

* Clean components and parts prior to assembly as required.

* Identify wires accurately using standard color -coding systems.

* Support first-time production runs and introduction of new products.

* Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counting, material handling, and transaction processing in accordance with established procedures.

* Ensure daily production output and quality targets are achieved.

* Participate actively in continuous improvement and team-building initiatives.

* Maintain safe work practices and productive working relationships with team members.

* Develop and maintain knowledge of assembly equipment, processes, and industry best practices.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
