Responsibilities
Welcome customers in lounge and VIP areas.
Ensure customer comfort in treatment rooms before executing services.
Complete treatment protocols using hand techniques.
Introduce products utilized during treatments to customers.
Maintain cleanliness by promptly addressing any product spillage.
Offer refreshments post-treatment and provide advice on next steps.
Present products used during treatments and share information on promotions.
Schedule follow-up consultations and relay appointment details to relevant staff.
Restock and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary products and disposables are available.
Clear used items, such as testers and cups, after customer departures.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa environment.
Strong customer orientation with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to perform both facial and body treatments.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be self-motivated and proactive.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Enthusiastic about the beauty and service industry.
