Dental receptionist

Location: Serangoon

Looking for someone who is able to converse fluently in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN to join us as a CLINIC RECEPTIONIST.

Jobscope

-Reception duties (answer calls and online enquiries, schedule appointments, register and discharge patients, end day sales, basic computer skills etc)

-Stocktaking and management of clinic supplies

-General cleanliness of clinic and housekeeping duties

-Any other reasonable duties as instructed by dentist pertaining to clinic operations

Priority will be given to applicants who can work in the evenings

Qualities we look for

-Fluent in English and Mandarin

-Able to multi-task

-Able to work in high paced environment

-Familiar with computer

-Responsible
