HR Projects Analyst - Corporate Bank & Investment Bank

DEUTSCHE BANK AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded HR Projects Analyst to support strategic people priorities across our Corporate Bank and Investment Banking businesses. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, helping translate business priorities into practical people initiatives that support organizational performance, talent outcomes and effective execution.

The role offers exposure to two of the Bank's most important business divisions and provides the opportunity to contribute to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent initiatives, reward and performance priorities, and broader HR transformation activity. You will be part of a fast-paced, global environment where strong judgement, clear communication and disciplined delivery are essential.

This opportunity is suited to a high-potential HR professional who is intellectually curious, highly organized and confident working across complex stakeholder groups. You will help shape leadership materials, manage project delivery, connect insights across data and business context, and support the execution of people-related programs with pace, discretion and commercial relevance.

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of strategic HR projects across Corporate Bank and Investment Bank, ensuring initiatives are well structured, clearly governed and delivered against agreed timelines.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, centers of excellence and regional or global stakeholders to coordinate priorities, track progress, resolve dependencies and maintain momentum.
  • Prepare clear, senior-ready materials including briefings, project updates, decision papers and presentations that simplify complex people topics and support effective leadership discussions.
  • Use data, business context and stakeholder input to identify themes, frame recommendations and support informed decision-making across talent, workforce, organizational and performance-related priorities.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a confidential and fast-moving environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, resilience and sound judgement.
  • Build trusted relationships across HR and the business, acting as a reliable connector who can influence, follow through and help convert strategy into action.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum two years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally gained in a global, matrixed or financial services environment.
  • Experience supporting HR projects, business partnering activity, talent initiatives, reward or performance processes, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness or HR transformation.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to structure work, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders and anticipate risks or dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise, polished materials for senior audiences.
  • Analytical mindset, sound judgement and the ability to convert complex information into practical insight and action.
