Head of Sales - Lift Maintenance & Technical Services

WEMAINTAIN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

Lead WeMaintain’s commercial growth in Singapore, build a high-performing local sales organisation and help transform the way lift maintenance services are sold and delivered.

Who are we?

In 2017, after more than ten years in the lift industry across Europe and Asia, Benoît Dupont noticed a system stuck in its ways where speed takes priority over quality and frontline teams remain invisible.

With Jade Francine and Tristan Foureur, he founded WeMaintain to put technology, trust and people back at the heart of building maintenance. Their ambition: give technicians back their autonomy, rely on in-house IoT technology, and deliver a service designed for users and clients.

Based in Paris, London, Lisboa, Singapore and Hong Kong, we maintain lifts, escalators, automatic doors and fire safety systems. With 300+ employees, we combine on-the-ground expertise with data-driven management to deliver high-performing, transparent, and sustainable maintenance.

We don’t just maintain buildings. We transform how they’re operated.

Why join us?

Because here, you don’t have to choose between autonomy and stability.

Large groups often offer stability, but little room to manoeuvre. Smaller organisations allow more freedom, but sometimes without clear direction.

At WeMaintain, we strike the right balance:

Real autonomy, with modern tools and strong support

A culture built on trust, transparency and respect

Genuine opportunities for growth and internal mobility

A team that values commitment, perseverance and the drive to make things happen

Care: Working with respect and kindness, internally as well as with our customers

Grit: Seeing things through, with high standards and determination

Uniqueness: Daring to be yourself, sharing your ideas and challenging the status quo

Who we’re looking for?

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and sales organisation in Singapore.

This is a senior, hands-on sales leadership position. You will be responsible for accelerating new business growth, strengthening our market position and building the commercial structure required to support WeMaintain’s ambitions in Singapore.

You will own commercial performance across recurring lift maintenance contracts, repairs and modernisation opportunities. You will also help shape the local sales team, coaching existing team members and supporting future recruitment as the business grows.

This is not a purely strategic or internally focused leadership role. We need someone who can build the plan, lead the team and remain personally involved in opening doors, developing strategic relationships and progressing important opportunities.

Experience in the lift industry is essential. You should already understand how lift maintenance and modernisation services are sold, how the Singapore market operates and how operational constraints, pricing, margins and service delivery affect commercial decisions.

You will work closely with the Singapore Managing Director, the Global Head of Sales, Operations, Finance and our wider international teams.

Your day-to-day at WeMaintain

Build strong discipline around pipeline stages, close dates, probability, next actions and opportunity ownership

Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility

Provide clear weekly and monthly reporting to the Singapore Managing Director and Global Head of Sales

Track pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales performance and key commercial risks

Create a consistent rhythm of pipeline reviews and performance follow-up

Sales and Operations alignment

Work closely with Operations to ensure that commercial commitments can be delivered successfully

Build effective handovers from Sales to Operations and project teams

Partner with Finance on pricing, margins, invoicing, cash collection and contract risk

Ensure technical requirements and operational constraints are understood before contracts are agreed

Share market and customer feedback with Product, Technology, Marketing and Leadership teams

Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and major developments in the Singapore lift industry

Build an understanding of upcoming tenders, portfolio movements and strategic opportunities

Contribute to global sales initiatives, best practices and commercial standards

Help ensure that WeMaintain’s global sales approach remains relevant to the Singapore market

What we're looking for

Understand complex tenders, including government and large portfolio opportunities

Have experience working with managing agents, building owners, consultants, property managers or public-sector stakeholders

Understand the relationship between sales, operational delivery, pricing and margin

Can assess technical and commercial risk within complex service contracts

Know how to build a reliable pipeline and improve forecast discipline

Are comfortable using Salesforce or a similar CRM as a genuine commercial management tool

Can build credibility quickly with clients, Sales, Operations, Finance and senior leadership

Are both strategic and hands-on

Are comfortable operating in a scale-up environment where structure is still being built

Strengthen the way Salesforce is used

Identify where the team needs coaching, support or additional resources

Clarify qualification, pricing, tendering, handover and deal-governance expectations

Establish a consistent rhythm of pipeline reviews and one-to-ones

Create a clear new business plan covering priority accounts and target market segments

Support the definition of the future Singapore sales-team structure

What we offer

Work-related travel and business expenses reimbursed

A mobile phone and mobile plan

Local health and outpatient benefits

A strategic leadership role with direct impact on WeMaintain’s growth in Singapore

Real ownership over the local sales strategy and commercial organisation
