Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Coordinate approvals, processes, and documentation for utilities and services to ensure compliance and project progress
- Engage and liaise with utility agencies, authorities, and approved subcontractors to manage service relocation and installation effectively
- Administer utility construction projects by developing detailed project scopes, timelines, specifications, and budgets to meet project goals
- Support project groups and technicians by guiding utility processes, design considerations, and construction activities to enhance project execution
- Monitor excavation work related to utilities to ensure safety standards are met, and utilities supply remains uninterrupted on site
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project coordination for underground infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity
