Role Overview

We are looking for a product operations professional with strong monetization and campaign management capabilities. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing initiatives across overseas markets. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead product monetization initiatives, including pricing plans, promotions, conversion funnels, and lifecycle operations.
  2. Plan and execute online and offline campaigns, product launches, user growth programs, and co-marketing initiatives.
  3. Develop localized operating strategies based on overseas market insights to improve activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue.
  4. Own the full lifecycle of events and campaigns, including planning, resource coordination, channel promotion, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  5. Develop and manage overseas channels, communities, content platforms, and partnership resources.
  6. Track key operational metrics, analyze campaign and monetization performance, and continuously improve ROI.
  7. Gather user feedback and market insights to support product improvements and enhance user experience.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of experience in product operations, monetization, growth, marketing, or event operations; experience in international markets is preferred.
  2. In-depth understanding of user growth, campaign planning, channel operations, content operations, and paid conversion.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop data-driven optimization plans.
  4. Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from planning to execution.
  5. Proven ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, AI analytics, or automation tools.
  6. Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role works from Chinese-language product documentation and coordinates daily with product and engineering teams based in China, while operating English-language campaigns and communities in overseas markets.
  7. Strong ownership, execution, learning, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Comfortable working on multiple regions and familiar with cultural nuances and behavioral differences across regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience using remote desktop or remote control products such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Chrome Remote Desktop.
  2. Proven success in product monetization, paid conversion, or revenue growth.
  3. Experience with overseas product launches, channel acquisition, community operations, or growth campaigns.
  4. Experience working with SaaS, productivity tools, B2B, or B2C products.
