Our esteemed client in the Environmental Services industry is seeking a Production Technician (Process Plant) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent
Position: Production Technician (Process Plant)
Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm) – Will change to 12-hours rotating shift after 3 months
Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + OT + Shift Allowances + Transport Allowance + Bonus

Operate and monitor plant equipment and production processes in accordance with operational procedures.
Perform weighing, processing, labelling, and packaging of materials accurately.
Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance requirements.
Assist with equipment maintenance, shutdowns, and start-up activities.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

At least NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in plant operations, manufacturing, chemical processing, or a similar industrial environment is advantageous.
Hands-on, responsible, and able to follow operational procedures.
Willing to work in a plant or industrial environment.
Willing to work on 12-hours rotating shift after 3 months.
