Job Summary
Lead and manage commercial activities, strategic projects, operations, marketing, finance, HR, and external relations to drive business growth and regional expansion across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Management
- Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership development to expand business opportunities
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to mitigate risks
- Manage formal business correspondence and stakeholder communications to maintain strong relationships
- Structure commercial terms and oversee contract execution to ensure compliance and risk management
Business & Project Management
- Plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects across Singapore and Hong Kong to meet business objectives
- Drive business development initiatives in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and other regional markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders to support growth
Operations Management
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily company operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop, implement, and improve internal policies, operational processes, and business workflows for efficiency
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Lead corporate branding, marketing initiatives, and business promotion activities to enhance market presence
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and strategic branding efforts
Finance & Compliance
- Coordinate financial operations including budgeting, payment approvals, and financial controls with the finance team
- Liaise with external accounting firms, legal advisors, tax consultants, and professional service providers
- Oversee compliance to ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements
Human Resources & Team Management
- Develop recruitment strategies and oversee key hiring initiatives to build a capable workforce
- Supervise HR operations and support organisational development activities
- Lead team management, performance monitoring, and capability development to enhance team effectiveness
Government & External Relations
- Represent the company in meetings with government agencies, healthcare institutions, industry associations, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in business operations, commercial management, strategic partnerships, or corporate management
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple business functions including operations, finance, HR, and compliance
- Experience working with regional markets in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing organisation
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for communication with China-based stakeholders and partners
