The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, early-career professional tojoin the COO office within the New Business Office function. This is anexcellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to gainexposure to business development, commercial strategy, and operationalexcellence within a dynamic investment management environment.

You will support the development and execution of newbusiness initiatives, from conception through implementation. Working closelywith senior leadership, you will gain insight into how investment firmsidentify market opportunities, build capabilities, and scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of new business initiatives and strategic projects
• Conduct research and analysis on market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and operational requirements
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, analysis quality, and decision-making processes
• Identify and resolve operational issues with meticulous attention to detail and commercial awareness

About You

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in finance, operations, or business development
• Strong proficiency in AI applications, tools, and workflows; demonstrated ability to integrate AI into daily work
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across complex deliverables
• Commercial mindset; natural curiosity about business models, market dynamics, and value creation

Desirable Attributes

• Experience in or exposure to investment management, financial services, or technology sectors
• Familiarity with financial modelling, valuation, or quantitative analysis
• Project management or operational process improvement experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams
