Key responsibilities
Implement and monitor workplace safety and health procedures at project sites.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and arrange safety inductions course for sites.
Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare the necessary reports.
Monitor workers' compliance with PPE and safe work practices.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and relevant authorities on safety matters.
Maintain proper safety documentation and records.
About you
Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and construction site safety requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and conduct regular site inspections.
Responsible, proactive and safety-conscious.
