• Position: Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
• Location: Alexandra
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM
• Salary: Up to $6,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)
• Benefits: Medical Benefits ($500/year) with Dependents Coverage + 18 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Activities + Company Trips
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established engineering and power automation company seeking an experienced WSH Officer to manage safety compliance across project sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain WSH policies and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, Codes of Practice and relevant standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings and awareness programmes.
• Prepare statutory reports and safety performance updates.
• Engage management, contractors and workers on WSH matters.
• Conduct night inspections when required by project operations.

Requirements

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM and valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant WSHO experience.
• Experience supporting LTA and SP Group projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and safety management systems.
• Experienced in audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting.
• Able to travel to project sites and support night inspections when required.
