OPERATION MANAGER

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure our outlets operate smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on experience in outlet operations, manpower management, customer service, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and follow up on improvement areas.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the opening of new outlets and implementation of new operational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 –10 years of relevant operations management experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of outlet operations and manpower management.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple outlets and handle a fast-paced working environment.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good command of English and/or Mandarin.
• Candidates with experience in multi-outlet F&B operations will have an added advantage.
