Application Support Analyst - Fixed Income

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for global Fixed Income Front Office applications.
Act as the local technical expert for the Summit FT application and ensure its availability and stability during Asia trading hours.
Monitor application batches, processes and production activities, and investigate and resolve technical issues.
Perform technical changes, application maintenance and production support activities.
Work closely with global IT and application support teams to troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in functional and technology projects related to Fixed Income applications.
Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations and service delivery.
Participate in team meetings, support activities and global application governance.

Experience in application support / production support, preferably within a financial services or investment banking environment.
Hands-on experience supporting Front Office applications within Fixed Income, Capital Markets or Trading environments.
Experience with Summit FT or similar Front Office trading platforms is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of application monitoring, batch processing, incident management and production support.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with development, infrastructure and business teams.
Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
Good understanding of Fixed Income business processes and Front Office applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and provide support during Asia trading hours.
Good written and spoken English.
