Hair & Scalp Therapist (Sal + Comm)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Aesthetic Hair Therapist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

•

• Perform professional hair and scalp treatments
• Conduct scalp analysis and provide suitabletreatment recommendations
• Assist clients with concerns such as hair fall, thinning hair, oily scalp,dandruff and scalp sensitivity
• Provide personalised aftercare advice and product recommendations
• Maintain strong customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Support customer retention, referrals and treatment package renewals
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment andtools are well-maintained
• Follow hygiene, sanitation and safety protocols at all times
• Assist with appointment scheduling, reception support and general outletduties when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hair or beauty-related role
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to precisely follow treatment protocols
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, as well as the latest trends and techniques in natural haircare
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in hair therapy or cosmetology would be an advantage
