Your Role

• Prepare cocktails, wines, and beverages with skill and consistency
• Engage with guests at the bar and tables, recommending drinks to suit their mood or meal
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Support the FOH team in creating a seamless dining and drinking experience
• Contribute ideas for seasonal or signature drinks to keep our menu exciting
• Handle COGs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience behind the bar (restaurants, hotels, or bars welcome)
• Good knowledge of both cocktails and wines
• A guest-focused attitude: personable, approachable, and engaging
