New business case manager (HNW insurance broker)

The client is a HNW insurance broker firm that partners with private banks to provide wealth management solutions to the UHNW individuals. They are expanding their sales support team.

Job Description

• Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
• Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention
• Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries

Experience & Skills required

• Minimum degree required
• Good effective communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance products
• Analytical and logical thinking
