Product Engineer

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Create and update Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to support production needs and engineering change requests.
Manage and maintain manufacturing systems such as Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP, ensuring accurate process and material data.
Support rack packaging design and implement improvements to enhance assembly efficiency.
Lead and coordinate BOM and material change activities, ensuring smooth execution across cross-functional and global teams.
Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and product quality.
Drive and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities at the factory level, including product and process qualifications.
Assist with internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
Ability to manage projects and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
