Project and Manpower Coordinator

Our company is looking for competent and willing individuals who may be keen to work as a Project and Manpower Coordinator at Wei Long Engineering and Construction. This role encompasses detailing, coordinating, and supervising your team of skilled workers involved in vertical transportation installation, modernisation, repairs and maintenance jobs across multiple locations in Singapore. You will also be working closely with higher management in reporting and advising issues pertaining to site progress, compliance, as well as site productivity. Job Description

• Worker supervision role to update Management on worker skill and training progress. ie. Worker competency, job proficiency, etc.
• Monitor worker productivity, safety and compliance.
• Monitor and report work site progress.
• Allocation of Manpower for site jobs such as lift installation, repair and maintenance.
• Arranging and partaking in driving and sending workers / equipment to designated sites.
• First line of handling worker welfare, morale and feedback.

Required competencies

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronic)
• Minimum Class 2B licence (motorbike up to 200cc).
• Class 3 licence (up to 14 footer vehicles, <2500kg unladen weight)
• Class 4 licence (>14 footer vehicles, >2500kg unladen weight)
• Have attended prior construction safety supervisor courses.
• Competent in English and Tamil languages.
