Industrial Engineer (Grit Traineeship)

This position is looking for highly motivated Industrial Engineering (IE) Trainees to join our world-class manufacturing team. In this role, you will act as a "Fab Architect," learning how to optimize fab capacity, minimize operational costs, and maximize manufacturing efficiency. You will work closely with experienced mentor engineers to apply advanced IE methodologies, data analytics, and simulation tools to solve real-world semiconductor manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Capacity & Productivity Optimization: Assist in building and refining capacity models for advanced semiconductor tools to maximize daily wafer output and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.

2. Fab Layout & Material Handling: Support layout design verification for cleanrooms and automated material handling systems (AMHS) to optimize space utilization and material flow.

3. Cost & Capital Budgeting Support: Participate in multi-million dollar equipment purchases and assist in identifying operational waste to reduce unit costs.

4. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale manufacturing datasets to generate actionable operational insights for fab management.
