M&E Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage M&E building services works for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, including A&A and upgrading works.

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, gas, BMS, fire protection, electrical, and lighting systems.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project progress and site activities.

• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Prepare tender drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

• Manage daily project activities to ensure timely completion and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in M&E building services projects is preferred.
