Internal Content Producer (Marketing)

NETWORK MEDIA PTE. LTD.

Internal Content Producer (Marketing)

Network Singapore | Full time | Singapore

The company

Network connects homeowners with interior design firms. We film completed projects for our client firms, and we run our own page speaking directly to homeowners.

We also run a specialised marketing team for luxury interior design companies. That work is visual first. Beautiful homes, restrained editing, taste over volume. It is closer to editorial than to advertising, and the standard is high because the clients and the spaces demand it.

Here is the problem. Every person here works for a client. The videographer, the creative team, sales. Nobody works for us. So our own page is fed by whatever survives after the client deliverable is done, and our growth is hostage to someone else's project timeline.

This role is the first one pointed inward.

The role

You own Network's own marketing. Our page, our brand, our organic growth.

You do not shoot alone. We have a production team. Your job is to make sure that team walks out of every client shoot with two sets of output instead of one.

  1. The client deliverable. What the ID firm pays for. Still the priority, still gets delivered.
  2. Ours. Walkthroughs, POV, homeowner reactions, the designer explaining one decision, before and after, offcuts that become hooks.

One visit, two outcomes. That is the whole thesis of the role.

Most shoots run forward from footage. Yours run backwards from formats. You arrive with a plan tied to named formats and a shot list that serves both sides of the day.

What you own

  • Our organic output. Volume, quality, and consistency on our homeowner-facing channels
  • Creative direction. You set the bar for how our own content looks and sounds, and you hold it
  • Shoot direction. You plan the day and direct on site. The production team executes. Sales stops directing by default
  • Format frameworks. You build the repeatable structures that make content perform, then test and kill them on evidence
  • The creative supply line. Hooks that work organically get handed to paid. You feed the ad account, you do not run it

The team

You lead our creative team. Videographers, editors, creatives. They are good and they are busy. What they have never had is one person deciding what gets made, why, and to what standard.

That is you. You brief them, you set the bar, you unblock them, and you grow them. Their output is your output.

Paid acquisition already has an owner. You are not taking that over. You supply the creative it runs on, and you own everything organic and brand.

Why this role

This is a leadership seat, not a bigger execution seat.

You do not need to have led before. You need to want it and to have the taste and the instinct we cannot train. If you have been the strongest creative or marketer in a room and you are tired of only owning your own work, this is the step up. You get a team, a channel that is genuinely ours, luxury projects worth putting in a portfolio, and the room to build the standard from scratch instead of inheriting someone else's.

We are early enough that what you build here becomes how the company works. Do this well and the role grows with the company.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, media, design, or an equivalent portfolio. We care more about the portfolio
  • One to three years in content, social, or creative production. Strong internship and personal project work counts
  • You have made things that people actually watched. Your own page counts. Client work counts. Coursework does not
  • Working knowledge of shooting and editing, enough to judge someone else's work and step in when needed
  • Comfortable being on site in homes across Singapore

Salary

$2,200 to $2,500 monthly, reviewed at six months against what you have built.

What good looks like

First 90 days. You have run shoots with the team and the day finishes with both sets of output. You have a shoot day standard with a defined minimum output. Three formats in market and real data on which one holds attention.

By six months. Every client shoot yields a week of our own content. Our page grows on saves and shares, not follows. At least one format pulls consistently. Our ad creative comes out of shoot footage instead of being built from nothing. The team is working to a standard you set rather than case by case.

Who this is for

  • You want to lead people, and you are honest that you have not done much of it yet. We will teach the management. We cannot teach the wanting
  • You have grown a page or a brand and can show the numbers, not just the work
  • You can direct a room. Homeowners, designers, and our own team take direction from you and the day still ends on time
  • You can say what is wrong with someone's work to their face and have them come back better rather than smaller
  • You have opinions about what is good and you can defend them without hiding behind references
  • You think in formats and hooks, not in shots and vibes
  • You are comfortable on camera, or willing to get there fast
  • You can pick up a camera or cut something yourself when it is faster than briefing it

Interior design experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Not for you if

  • You need a creative director above you to make the calls
  • You want to stay heads down on your own craft. This job is half other people
  • You are a videographer waiting for a brief
  • You want to sit in an office. A real part of this job is in homes across the island
  • You measure your work by how it looks in a portfolio rather than how it performed

How to apply

Send us:

  1. Two or three pieces of content you made that performed
  2. Your answer to this: we have a four hour shoot at a completed 4-room HDB renovation. The client wants a project film. Tell us what the team walks away with at the end of the day, format by format, and what you would direct to get each one.

Answers about equipment and aesthetics will not make it through. We want to see how you plan a day.
