Partner Dentist

We are a modern, refreshing, primary care clinic with special interest in Paediatrics. We are currently on the look out for a partner dentist (GP or Paediatric Specialist) for our expansion which will include adult patients too. Equity can be negotiated for the right partner.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dentist at Babysteps & Beyond Family & Child Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures. The Dentist will also be responsible for performing routine teeth cleanings, cavity fillings, and tooth extractions, as well as educating patients about oral health and hygiene. Must be comfortable and experienced in seeing the paediatric population.

Qualifications

• Valid and current dental license to practice in Singapore
• Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and best practices in oral health
• Confident with seeing and managing paediatric as well as adult patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in different dental procedures, including implants and orthodontics, is a plus
• Experience in a customer-facing or patient-focused role is a plus
