Sales Administrator, APAC

About the Role

Join Presidio's growing APAC team and play an important role in supporting our sales operations across the region. You'll work closely with Sales, suppliers and internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and building relationships, while gaining exposure to the technology industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the end-to-end order process, from quotations to order fulfilment.
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and executed.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing, product availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operation steams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Build a strong understanding of Presidio's products, vendors and business processes through on-the-job learning.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other related operational roles in the technology sector.
• Experience within the IT industry is essential.
• Knowledge of Sage or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
