Finance Executive

We are a subsidiary of a major European defence technology group committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the company's continued growth and success

Responsibilities

- Manage full sets of accounts and day-to-day finance operation (AR, AP, GL, Bank)

- Process payments, update and follow up on payment schedules

- Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, delivery orders and suppliers invoices

- Update project cost sheets and WIP

- Prepare month-end closing activities and financial reporting

- Prepare quarterly GST returns

- Assist with audit schedules and financial reporting

- Assist in administration and HR matters

- Maintain proper filing and organisation of accounting documents

- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and government authorities to fulfil regulatory obligations

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience

- Proficient in accounting system (SAP B1 or others) and Microsoft Excel

- Comfortable working in small team environment

- Available from 1 November 2026
