EXECUTIVEASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

JOBDESCRIPTION
We are seeking a professional, responsible and bilingual Executive Assistant toprovide comprehensive support to the Director.
The role combines executivesupport and international business coordination with education and family-related administrative support,including coordination of the Director's son's school, tuition and enrichment programmes.
The successfulcandidate will work closely with the Director, US customers, overseas business partners, the Company's Vietnam factory, schools, teachers and education providers, ensuring effective communication, coordination and timelyfollow-up across business and family-related matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Business Support
• Support the Director with schedules, meetings, travel, administration andfollow-up.
• Coordinate US customers, overseas business partners and the Company's Vietnamfactory.
• Manage English and Mandarin correspondence, meetings and businesscommunication.
• Coordinate evening and late-night meetings with US customers due tointernational time differences.
• Prepare documents, meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with travel and other arrangements.
Education& Family Coordination
• Coordinate the Director's son's school, tuition, enrichment programmes andeducation-related schedules.
• Liaise with schools, teachers, tutors and education providers.
• Coordinate school activities, appointments, programmes and relatedarrangements.
• Assist with school and education-related activities when required.
• Maintain education schedules and follow up on programmes and administrativematters.
• Assist the Director with selected family and personal administrativearrangements.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in executive assistance, administration,education, teaching or a related field.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Business Administration,Communications, Languages or a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, organisational and follow-up skills.
• Mature, responsible, patient, discreet and trustworthy.
• Comfortable working with children, schools and education providers.
• Comfortable communicating with US customers and overseas stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and attend evening/late-night meetings whenrequired.
