Senior Maintenance Executive

Job Summary: Lead maintenance operations for industrial painting, blasting & rotating equipment

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Salary: $5,000 – $6,000/month

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Our client, an established player in industrial maintenance services covering fixed and portable painting, blasting, and rotating equipment, is looking for a Senior Maintenance Executive to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance projects across their main workshop and multiple operational sites.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities on fixed and portable painting, blasting, and rotating equipment
• Create and review safe work procedures and work method statements
• Schedule manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project timelines
• Support maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and ad hoc site maintenance activities
• Manage contractor/vendor compliance, competence, and cost verification
• Enforce WSH policies, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments
• Monitor budget adherence and drive operational productivity improvements

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Marine, or related Engineering discipline
• 5–8 years in industrial maintenance, engineering services, construction, marine, offshore, O&G, petrochemical, or asset integrity
• Proven experience managing site operations, maintenance projects, shutdowns/turnarounds, or service delivery teams
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Knowledge of coating systems, abrasive blasting, corrosion protection, or tank maintenance an advantage
• WSQ WSH certification, BizSafe knowledge, or Work-at-Height Assessor/Supervisor certification an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CMMS experience a plus
