Site Supervisor

Oversee daily site activities and direct workers to keep projects on schedule.

Assign tasks, monitor team output, and conduct daily briefings or toolbox talks.

Coordinate vendors, delivery schedules, and material storage.

Track attendance, timecards, and general workforce deployment

Conduct regular site safety inspections to find and stop hazards.

Hold local safety certifications such as the Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) course or related WSH credentials.

Report and log any near-misses, injuries, or safety violations immediately
