Curation & Engagement Officer

We are looking for a warm, organised and confident Curation & Engagement Officer to join our team.

This is a people-facing role suited to someone who enjoys connecting with professionals, arranging conversations, building relationships and carefully following each case through to completion.

Your role

• Research and identify suitable business owners and professionals
• Reach out to selected individuals with a professional invitation
• Introduce and explain the opportunity clearly
• Arrange and conduct meetings
• Build rapport and answer enquiries
• Follow up professionally and consistently
• Guide suitable individuals through confirmation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and manage ongoing cases
• Coordinate internal handover once each case is completed

• Good at building trust and relationships

• Comfortable managing several conversations at the same time

Experience in client relations, recruitment, account servicing, partnerships, customer engagement, business development or outreach will be useful.

This is not a high-pressure hard-selling environment. We value thoughtful communication, professionalism, good judgement and consistent follow-through.
