Business Product Ops @ Toa Payoh (3 months)

About the Role

This is an Ops-Tech role supporting the use of client's new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System. You will work closely with Finance, IT and the system implementer to support user onboarding, and other post-go-live activities in using the system to carryout budgeting and performance management processes which would include the development of dashboards and financial analytics to enhance business insights and decision-making.

Requirement for experience in Business Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analytics, EPM software, Financial Systems, or IT Product Management. Oracle enterprise software experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support user onboarding, training, knowledge transfer and provide production support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations and management reports for financial analysis and business insights.
• Assist in data validation, reconciliations, report preparation and data quality checks.
• Assist in maintaining system documentation, metadata and user reference materials.
• Support ongoing system enhancements, service requests and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable system operations and a positive user experience.
