Senior Project Executive (CommercialInterior)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in managing production and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate project schedules, documentation, commissioning, and handovers.
  • Maintain quality standards; liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and control budgets and project costs effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with building, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Attend site meetings to capture and implement key requirements.
  • Take initiative and ownership of tasks to ensure project success.
  • Prepare regular project updates and internal reports.
  • Support preparation of RFPs, tenders, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Understand manpower/resource needs and assign tasks accordingly.
  • 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or décor projects (commercial or exhibition-related).
  • Strong coordination, planning, and attention to detail.
  • Technical background with understanding of structural, AV, and M&E is a plus.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Skilled in project costing and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Driven, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Familiar with Singapore’s building codes and safety regulations.

  • Interest in the interior / exhibition industry (Bonus)
  • Knowledge of PMP and AutoCAD would be useful
