Accounts Executive (AP) (East / Up to $3.3k + PB)

Responsibilities

• Verify, classify, compute, post, and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process trade purchase and return invoices, ensuring supporting documents are properly validated.
• Record operating expenses, capital expenditure (CAPEX), rental invoices, and other non-trade payables.
• Prepare and process bi-weekly payment runs, ensuring invoices are verified before payment.
• Manage supplier account offsetting between accounts receivable and accounts payable where applicable.
• Process and reconcile company corporate card expenses, validating receipts and recording applicable GST.
• Prepare accounting entries for duties, taxes, and customs permit-related transactions.
• Generate and maintain AP ageing reports, vendor reconciliations, and rental expense analysis reports.
• Validate new vendor setups and maintain accurate payment terms in the system.
• Support audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules, vendor confirmations, intercompany confirmations, and invoice cost extraction.
• Handle ad hoc projects and duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable (AP) function.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table).
