Operation Manager

1. Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

2. Manage and lead site managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Conduct daily/weekly site meetings and performance reviews

3. Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, approve expenditures, and control project expenses to maximize profitability.

4. Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure smooth workflow across multiple sites

5. Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities. Handle negotiations and resolve disputes

6. Prepare and present progress reports and financial reports to senior management.

7.Any other duties as assigned by management to support overall business operations
