Quantity Surveyor

Position : Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

· Enroll tender process

· Prepare tender documents

· Prepare profit and loss & final account for project.

· Negotiate and award subcontractors

· Attend project meetings ,tender interviews and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule

· Evaluate and certify subcontract claim and contractual payment

· Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order

• Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage

· Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules

· Coordinate instructions &monitor with sales team, production, and clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…

• Assist in preparation of project budget for management’s approval upon project award
• Ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.

· Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.

· Attend site meetings

· Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from site .

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.

· Minimum (NINE) 9 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying Works in building construction firm.

· Knowledge of structural will be beneficial.

· Familiar with Structural drawings to prepare for tender and job order.

· Highly motivated Responsible& team player with good interpersonal skill.
