PMO Analyst – Banking / Data Governance

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and closure.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Data Management, IT, and external vendors to manage dependencies, track issues, and support project delivery.
• Support project planning, scope, milestones, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and project documentation in line with PMO standards.
• Monitor compliance with project governance, reporting, and documentation requirements, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Maintain project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge management documentation.
• Prepare project status updates, management reports, meeting materials, and governance presentations for stakeholder review and decision-making.
• Coordinate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, governance, or transformation initiatives
• Good understanding of project management and governance processes, including project planning, RAID management, status reporting, issue tracking, and change control.
• Experience preparing project documentation, management reports, meeting minutes, governance materials, and stakeholder presentations.
• Experience supporting IT, regulatory, data governance, risk management, or transformation projects within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in BCBS239, data governance, data management, or regulatory-driven initiative is preferred.
• Experience with Collibra, Informatica, or equivalent data governance tool is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm is highly preferred.
