This high-impact role offers complete oversight of compliance governance frameworks, empowering you to shape regulatory standards and advise business stakeholders across multi-channel operations.
Evaluate and approve public-facing marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and product communication materials to maintain strict alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Interpret newly issued MAS circulars, regulatory updates, and local guidelines to perform gap analyses and drive organizational compliance readiness.
Oversee distribution governance processes, including advisory dispute reviews, Balanced Scorecard appeal frameworks, and sales conduct monitoring.
Administer compliance monitoring programs, conflict of interest declarations, and periodic testing procedures to proactively mitigate regulatory exposure.
Manage audit interactions, coordinate regulatory submissions, and track management action plans through to successful resolution.
About the manager/team
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will join an established team offering direct visibility to executive management and cross-functional business partners.
Skills and experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks, life insurance distribution guidelines, and local compliance standards.
Proven experience in compliance governance, marketing collateral clearance, regulatory circular assessment, or distribution conduct reviews within financial services.
Degree in any relevant field, with familiarity in digital tools or automated compliance platforms considered an advantage.
Strong analytical acumen with an agile mindset to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes and complex operational workflows.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders and leadership teams.
