Job Description & Requirements

• Provide support and training to end-users on the use of computers and peripheral devices.Provide end-user training and administrative support to Google G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Forms etc)
• Attended to daily IT support issues which could be remotely resolved. Provided support to end users on IT problems encountered. Co-ordinate IT hardware repairs & replacements & assist in software installation & deployment when required.
