Project Manager – AIOps

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AIOps and AI transformation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and milestones.
- Establish project governance and reporting processes.
- Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate with customers, IT Operations, Service Management, Cloud teams and vendors.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive project reviews.
- Drive implementation of AIOps use cases such as incident intelligence, event correlation, alert noise reduction and predictive monitoring.
- Coordinate deployment of AI agents and Copilot-based operational solutions.
- Track project benefits, KPIs and business outcomes.
- Manage risks, issues, change requests, escalations and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance and organizational standards.
- Support change management, training and adoption activities.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, risk logs, financial reports and benefits realization reports.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
- Experience delivering Infrastructure, ITSM, Cloud or Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience managing enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience in Infrastructure Operations, Application Support, Service Management or Managed Services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience with project governance, risk management, budget management and vendor management.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM and Infrastructure Operations is preferred.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Instana or Azure Monitor is an advantage.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI concepts is an advantage.
