Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customer (In Property Management Integrated Building Maintenance Line) – Cleaning Services (main), Pest Control, Landscape services etc.
- Make cold calls and actively source new sales opportunities through field prospecting and external outreach.
- Manage and develop new accounts, ensuring growth and retention.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide sales quotations.
- Sales follow up to achieve sales target.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & good client relationships.
- Prepare necessary paperwork including proposals, quotations and agreements.
Requirement
- Minimum O Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Training provided
