Technical Person‑in‑Charge

Job Responsibilities（岗位职责）

1. Take overall technical responsibility for construction project, review construction drawings, organize drawing review and technical disclosure.

2. Compile, examine and approve construction organization plan and special construction schemes, formulate technical measures for quality and WSH safety.

3. Solve complex on site technical problems, supervise key construction procedures, organize concealed work inspection and divisional section acceptance.

4. Ensure construction complies with drawing requirements, specifications and relevant standards; handle technical issues arising from design variations.

5. Be in charge of technical document compilation, sorting out and filing, participate in quality defect investigation and formulate rectification proposals.

6. Liaise with client, consultant, subcontractors on all technical matters, provide professional technical support for project execution.

7. Learn and comply with domestic business management requirements, master and operate business systems of China based parent company.

8. Complete other technical related tasks assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or construction related disciplines.

2. Minimum 5 years relevant construction technical management experience.

3. Familiar with construction specifications, drawing review, scheme preparation, site quality control and technical acceptance procedures.

4. Proficient in reading construction drawings, good capability to analyse and resolve site technical problems.

5. Good written & verbal communication in English and Chinese, able to liaise with various stakeholders.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, good coordination ability, capable of working under project pressure.

7. Willing to stay on site for long period work; able to learn and operate parent company domestic business systems.
