Production Supervisor

Applied Micro Tech Pte Ltd is a key supplier of critical semiconductor equipment and materials. We are well established both locally and internationally. The business is now in the growth & expansion phase and we are looking for motivated individuals who are keen on joining us.

Production:

• Responsible for daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, discipline and safety requirements are met.
• Proactively suggest and implement process improvement and equipment enhancement initiatives.
• Optimise process flow and manpower allocation of manufacturing operations.
• Participate and be proactive in root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment or process issues.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant ISO standards.

Maintenance:

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate abnormalities for timely resolution.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and production tools.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognised Polytechnic.
• Basic knowledge of ISO quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and manufacturing quality practices.
• Some working experience in wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous (but not required).
• Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, electrical systems, or automation.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or equipment manuals is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and a team-player.

• The role requires handling and moving parts weighing up to 15 kg.
