Job Summary

Join our team as an HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance, supporting business growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling to ensure timely hiring
  • Administer HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records and managing attendance and leave data for compliance
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding to integrate hires smoothly into the company culture and processes
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely compensation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives by organizing staff activities, bonding events, and CSR programs to enhance workplace morale
  • Coordinate training and development activities to support employee growth and performance improvement
  • Monitor and follow up on performance review processes to ensure timely completion and feedback delivery
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations
  • Ensure company compliance with employment laws and internal policies through regular documentation review and updates
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve HR matters efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness when handling sensitive employee information
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple HR tasks concurrently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline
  • HR-related professional certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave administration, and payroll
  • Familiar with HRIS system
  • Experience handling work pass applications and renewals is preferred
  • Experience working in a SME environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment requirements
