Event Manager

About the role

PushButton Entertainment Pte Ltd is seeking an Event Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role based in the Bukit Merah Central Region that plays a crucial part in bringing our entertainment events to life. As Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they meet our high standards and deliver exceptional experiences for our audiences. This position is essential to our company's growth and reputation within the entertainment industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception through to completion, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management

• Develop comprehensive event budgets and manage costs to ensure events are delivered within financial parameters

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to understand event objectives and requirements

• Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines

• Manage event marketing and promotion activities to maximise attendance and engagement

• Handle risk assessment and implement contingency plans to address potential issues

• Monitor event performance against objectives and gather feedback for continuous improvement

• Maintain detailed event documentation and provide post-event reporting and analysis

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure audio-visual and production requirements are met

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sector

• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Budget management experience and the ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes

• A relevant qualification in event management, hospitality, business administration or related field is preferred

• Knowledge of Singapore's event landscape and local regulations is advantageous

• Experience in overseas activation and event landscape is appreciated
