Job Summary

Join Rouna BeautyCo. as a Certified Lash/Nail/Brow Specialist, applying your years of expertise to deliver advanced beauty services and lead salon operations for diverse local and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty services including eyebrow embroidery (semi-permanent makeup, embroidery art), 6D powdery brow, nano brow strokes, eyeliner embroidery and art, lips embroidery, SMP (hairline) embroidery, eyelash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid, LED), Medicare, Pedicure, Nail Art, for bridal to enhance client appearance and satisfaction.

• Consult and communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences
• Provide detailed beauty consultations and develop customized treatment plans to achieve client-specific beauty goals
• Supervise daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards
• Maintain strict hygiene protocols and uphold service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety
• Support and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth and consistent service delivery
• Stay informed on current beauty trends and innovations to continuously improve service offerings
• Travel flexibly overseas to upgrade skills, and attend beauty conventions, seminars, and meetings with manufacturers and suppliers to source new business opportunities and contracts for Singapore operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Professional certification in beauty services
• Relevant hands-on experience in beauty/Nail/Lash/Embroidery services
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Japanese will be adventage)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong understanding of beauty trends and customer service excellence
