Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Take commercial responsibility for assigned projects or major work packages.
• Lead tender preparation, pricing, cost planning, and bid evaluations.
• Review contract terms and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Manage progress claims, valuations, certifications, and payment recovery.
• Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and contractual adjustments.
• Monitor project profitability, cost commitments, cash flow, and final cost forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts, payments, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare management cost reports, financial statements, and commercial forecasts.
• Lead commercial discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Guide junior QS personnel and strengthen project cost-control practices.
