4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
Day Shift: 5:30am to 3:30pm (1way transport)
Night Shift: 3pm to 1am (1way transport)
Location: Changi Airport

Job Scope

Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive airport experience
Assisting passengers with wayfinding, transportation, and airport facilities
Managing customer feedback, compliments, and complaints in a timely manner
Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve passenger issues
Supporting airport events, campaigns, and passenger engagement initiatives
Monitoring service standards and reporting operational concerns when necessary
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and incident reports

Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and calm under pressure
Willing to commit shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts
