Join Blooms as a Business Operations & Marketing Executive (Pioneer Position), where you’ll have insights to the inner workings of a tech company.

The Career

1. Business Operations

• Using our backend dashboard system, manage orders, crews and payment collection matters.

• Manage our reward redemption programme and business activities at the Customer Experience Center.

• Support CEO in business-related projects.

2. Marketing

• Support in customers outreach activities.

• Digital marketing in social media.

• Merchandising. Eventually managing the Redeem Rewards programme.

The Talent

• This role is suitable for mature individual who is extrovert, curious, pleasant looking, and enjoys interaction with customers and suppliers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or marketing.

• An advantage to have tried entreprenuership, directly or indirectly before. Direct sales, e-commerce, social media influencing experiences are also considered.

• Diploma or Degree of business desciplines. Candidates with practical experiences are welcome to apply.

• Based in Singapore, and willing to travel within SEA for short stint projects.
